Police in Kenora say they intercepted Oxycodone that was destined for the Fort Frances area Monday.
Members of the Kenora detachment of the OPP and drug enforcement unit stopped a vehicle near that community that was heading eastbound on Highway 17. Police then searched the vehicle.
Police say they found more than 55 Oxycodone tablets as a result of that search.
Police say they estimate the street value of the drugs seized to be about $5,400.
One woman was arrested and charged with trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
