Kenora OPP seek public's help in theft investigation

Police are asking the public for assistance as they search for a missing Milwaukee bag.

KENORA, Ont. – Police are asking for the public’s assistance as they investigate an incident of stolen property.

According to Ontario Provincial Police, police received a call on Monday that power tools were located in the bush behind Evergreen School on Brinkman Road.

Police attended and located a contractor’s enclosed trailer that had been broken into with about $6,000 worth of tools that had been taken.

Kenora Street Crime and K9 Unit were able to locate about $5,000 worth of tools, but a Milwaukee tool kit is still missing.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the missing Milwaukee bag.
