Police have charged a teen with arson after a pair of fires at a high school in Kenora.
Officials with the OPP say on Tuesday, May 3, police were called to Beaver Brae High School in Kenora to investigate an incident where fires had been set in two of the school’s bathrooms.
The school was closed and students were sent home so that smoke could be cleared.
Police say an investigation led to charges against a 14-year-old Kenora boy.
The suspect has been charged with arson and is expected to appear in a Kenora courtroom on June 6.
