The man attempted to obstruct the investigation, police say.
The man then became agitated and pulled a knife on one of the officers. The officer disarmed the man, but after being disarmed police say the man grabbed a broken bottle and tried to attack officers.
The man later barricaded himself inside a room. Officers were able to talk the man out and arrest him.
