A Thunder Bay man has scratched his way to $50,000 in a lottery game.
Clyde James Bannon, 69, won the jackpot on an Instant Crossword ticket purchased at a Mac’s Mart on South James Street.
The retired man plans to pay off his mortgage and share the rest with his grandson.
