THUNDER BAY -- The totals are in for the Disaster Relief Committee's Loonie Days fundraiser.
The Labour Day weekend campaign collected about $20,000 from people shopping at local businesses.
Disaster Relief Committee member Vince Mirabelli says the total is more than expected.
The committee also received a $4,000 donation from the Rafiki Youth Choir Monday.
That brings the total funds raised to about $1.3 million of the committee's $5 million.
