Thousands of students are getting ready to make the move from high school to University next week.
And those students who will be attending Lakehead University can expect a lot of excitement when they take part in this year's Orientation.
About 1,200 students will be moving into residence at LU next week. Danielle Ruel, who is in charge of the first year experience programming and orientation, said they have a long list of events planned for the students.
She said the activities have been designed to help students get to know each other and get a feel for their new home.
Orientation runs from Sept. 8 until the Sept. 11.
