Mac’s robbed twice by same man: police

Police suspect the man who robbed a south side convenience store on Saturday is the same person who robbed it earlier on Friday. Police say a lone-male entered the North May Street Mac’s just after 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Police suspect the man who robbed a south side convenience store on Saturday is the same person who robbed it earlier on Friday.

Police say a lone-male entered the North May Street Mac’s just after 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. The man left with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police suspect the same man robbed the same Mac’s on Friday while armed with a knife. The suspect fled the scene with cigarettes and money.

Police are now looking for a suspect they describe as an Aboriginal man in his mid 20s, standing about 5-feet-10 inches with a medium build.

The suspect was last seen wearing a tanned hoodie, black shorts a ball cap with white runners.
