Major crimes unit holding Court Street South scene

Police have not said what type of incident they are investigating, but did say there is no safety concerns for the public at this time.

THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police Service’s major crimes unit and forensic identification unit is holding a scene in the 100 block of Court Street South.

Police, in a release issued on Friday, said they plan to stay on scene as the investigation proceeds, but have not indicated what type of incident they are looking into.

They did say there are no safety concerns for the public at this time.
