Two motorcyclists have been transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by a Sport Utility Vehicle in Pass Lake.
A Shuniah OPP release says the SUV driver was eastbound on Highway 11/17 when it attempted to make a left turn into the Pass Lake gas station. It collided with the westbound motorcycle.
Both vehicles sustained extensive damage. The driver of the SUV was not injured.
The police investigation is ongoing.
