A man fled with drugs after allegedly robbing a Shoppers Drug Mart on the city’s North side.
A lone male armed with a knife entered the Shoppers on River Street around 6:35 p.m. Friday night demanding narcotics. He was given an undisclosed amount before fleeing westbound from the store.
No one was injured. The man is described as 5’9”, Caucasian, with a thin build. He was wearing a light coloured baseball hat with sunglasses, a tan jacket, black gloves and blue jeans.
The investigation continues.
