THUNDER BAY -- With summer just around the corner, warmer temperatures are on their way. According to Environment Canada's forecast, Thunder Bay can expect daily high temperatures to stay above freezing throughout the week.

THUNDER BAY -- With summer just around the corner, warmer temperatures are on their way.

According to Environment Canada's forecast, Thunder Bay can expect daily high temperatures to stay above freezing throughout the week.

The warm spell began on Saturday, with a high temperature expected of 12C.

 

Environment Canada is forecasting a 30 per cent chance of rain on Monday with a high of 11C, a high of 7C on Tuesday and for Wednesday, a 40 per cent chance of rain showers or flurries as temperatures dip back to 2C.

 

As March nears its halfway point, daily temperatures are averaging about 1C.
