It's still unclear whether all protocols were being followed when a worker at Thunder Bay's Interim Long Term Care Facility got a shock.
Ministry of Labour spokesman Matt Blajer said the incident took place two weeks ago when elevator controls were being reset.
He said the investigation is ongoing.
He added that the Ministry learned of the incident after an anonymous tip was made on July 24.
