THUNDER BAY -- The Thunder Bay Fire and Rescue Services were called to a minor fire on Sunday at Resolute Forest Products Thunder Bay mill.

A TBFRS spokesperson said a motor had overheated at the plant and set fire to a few wood chips, but the facility’s sprinkler system doused it before fire crews arrived on scene.

No one was hurt in the mid-morning incident.
