Neebing man killed in Highway 11 crash on Friday night

Edwerd Bolt, 46, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred on Friday night on Highway 11 between Geraldton and Jellicoe.

GREENSTONE, Ont. -- A 46-year-old Neebing man is dead following a motor vehicle collision on Highway 11 between Greenstone and Jellicoe.

Ontario Provincial Police said the crash involved a transport and a dump truck.

Edwerd Bolt was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver suffered minor injuries.

The collision is still under investigation by Greenstone OPP. The highway was closed from 10 p.m. on Friday night, when the crash occurred, until 2:45 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.
