THUNDER BAY – A popular walking trail along the Neebing-McIntyre Floodway will be closed starting Thursday.
The Lakehead Region Conservation Authority is closing the path that runs from Island Drive to the waterfront along the north side of the river as it dredges the floodway.
The fill that is dug up from the work will be stored along the path.
The path on the south side of the floodway will remain open.
