TbayTel has announced the activation of six new 4G network cell sites.
The sites are at key locations across city and will provide better cell coverage.
Small modules have been constructed to increase coverage in Thunder Bay. About half of the new sites are located inside, while the other half have been placed outside.
TbayTel’s Director of Corporate Relations Barry Streib said the new sites will notably improve cell service throughout the city.
