Newfie's Pub slapped with liquor licence suspension

A Thunder Bay bar has lost the right to serve alcohol for a 10-day period. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission imposed the penalty on Newfie's Pub on East Victoria Avenue after an intoxicated patron was observed in the business back on Jan. 17.

A Thunder Bay bar has lost the right to serve alcohol for a 10-day period.   

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission imposed the penalty on Newfie's Pub on East Victoria Avenue after an intoxicated patron was observed in the business back on Jan. 17. 

The liquor licence suspension will run from Sept. 12 to Sept. 22.
