A young boy from the Eabamatoong First Nation has officially completed his two-week journey on foot from Thunder Bay to Sioux Lookout.
With the help of his parents and a number of other supporters, nine-year-old Gordon Slipperjack arrived in Sioux Lookout Tuesday.
The walk was part of Slipperjack's idea to honour his late brother and raise awareness for First Nation's children who have passed away while in care.
Gordon's parents were by his side with every step of the 400-kilometer journey.
