Thunder Bay Hydro has been hand delivering bills to its customers who are not using the company’s online services.
While most of the company’s 45,000 residential customers do pay online, spokeswoman Eileen Dias said Thunder Bay Hydro isn’t going to leave its other customers in the dark.
The company has been using summer students and contract workers, who read meters, to bring bills to customers since June 14.
Dias said if people haven’t received a bill they can still pay online.
