A man was sent to hospital after a crash on Water Street.
While there aren’t many details being released, it appeared the man was driving North on Water Street when he crossed over the South-bound lane and crashed into the Bodymind Centre. Emergency crews had blocked those lanes off between Villa Street and Howe Street Saturday afternoon.
“When we arrived on the scene bystanders had removed the driver from the vehicle and were performing CPR on him,” North Central Fire Station district chief Allan Gray said. “He likely had a heart attack.”
Gray didn’t know the extent of the man’s injuries. The investigation continues.
