THUNDER BAY -- Two Thunder Bay Police Service officers are facing charges under the Police Services Act, related to the apprehension of a male in November 2016.
Consts. Kyle Kehler and Kyla Rutherford are both charged with one count of unlawful or unnecessary exercise of authority.
City police will not release any other details about the case.
The two officers will make their first appearance at a Police Services Act hearing on Nov. 23.
