VERMILLION BAY, Ont. -- The driver of a transport truck was killed in a Friday morning highway crash near Vermillion Bay.
The singe-vehicle crash happened around 6:30 a.m. on Highway 17 about 20 kilometres west of Vermillion Bay.
The name of the driver has not been released.
The passenger of the truck has been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The OPP’s Technical Traffic Collision Investigators remain on scene and the highway has been opened to one lane.
