THUNDER BAY -- A single-vehicle collision involving a transport is slowing down traffic on Highway 102.
One lane is blocked at Hill Road after a tractor trailer wound up in the ditch before 10 a.m. Sunday morning.
Efforts are ongoing to remove the vehicle.
There are no injuries.
