On the water boating this summer? Be aware of Waterbombers!

Waterbombers need clearance on lakes and rivers when scooping water to fight forest fires. All watercraft must move close to shore when waterbombers are approaching and scooping.

Failing to give way will cause a delay in fighting the fire making it harder to control. More than one waterbomber could be scooping from the waterway in close intervals. For public safety, people are asked to move to the shore when they see waterbombers approaching.
