THUNDER BAY - A 35-year-old man from Thunder Bay was arrested and charged for impaired driving.
Ontario Provincial Police were conducting a spot check on Balsam Street Sunday evening when a driver approached them and advised the police of an erratic driver in close vicinity.
Officers located the described vehicle on Bryan Street and conducted a traffic stop.
Police say while speaking with the driver, officers determined he had been consuming alcohol.
The driver was arrested and charged with impaired driving.
He will appear in court Oct. 27.
