THUNDER BAY – Ontario Provincial Police have a 23-year-old man in custody following an early morning assault.
On Tuesday, officers responded to a report of an assault that occurred in Gorham Township around 6:30 a.m.
Police say a male attended a residence, assaulted a female and stole items from the residence. The female was not injured during the altercation.
A 23-year-old from Thunder Bay was arrested and charged with robbery with theft, assault and failure to comply with condition of an undertaking.
He has been remanded into custody at the Thunder Bay District Jail.
