(KENORA, ON) On Tuesday August 18, 2015 at approximately 6:00 pm, members of the Kenora Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint on Highway 17 regarding a possible impaired driver.
Police located the suspect vehicle on Highway 17A and determined the male driver was impaired by drug.
As a result of this investigation, 44 year old Anton PUTIN from Ottawa, Ontario was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drug contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He is to appear in Kenora court on October 8, 2015 to answer to the charge.
