OPP identify 26-year-old as fatal crash victim

Kenora's Bryan Marcyniuk was killed on Wednesday when his vehicle left Highway 105 in the unorganized territory of Kenora District.

KENORA – OPP have identified a 26-year-old Kenora, Ont. man as the victim of a fatal single-vehicle collision.

Police, in a release issued on Friday, say Bryan Marcyniuk was killed in the crash, after his southbound van left Highway 105 and struck several trees.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, after an off-duty paramedic arrived shortly afterward.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
