OPP issue Canada-wide warrant

Provincial police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

KENORA, Ont -- Police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for failing to comply with a recognizance.

Ontario Provincial Police issued a Canada-wide warrant Tuesday night for Daniel Sanche, who they say was released on a recognizance in January with various conditions.

One of the conditions requested that he reside at a specific court identified location in Kenora.

On May 25, he failed to return for his curfew and he has not been seen since.

The 35-year-old is described as being 5-foot-11, 224 pounds with dark brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black sweatpants with a red stripe and a grey muscle shirt. He has numerous tattoos including a Tazmanian Devil on his left forearm and an eagle surrounded by flames on his right forearm.

 The offender is known to frequent Kenora, Dryden and the Calgary area.
