OPP join search for missing man

Thunder Bay -- Around a dozen officers are searching for a local man missing since last week.

Terry Brasseur, 42, was last seen in the Academy Drive area April 16. On Wednesday members of the OPP's Thunder Bay detachment and Northwest Emergency Response Team helped the Thunder Bay Police Service search an area near Hwy 11/17 just west of Hwy 102. Officers were on ATVs searching wooded areas.

The OPP is hoping to also use a helicopter.

Police release photo of missing man's truck, ask public for information

Police are still searching for a local man missing since last week.

Thunder Bay Police Service released a photo of Terry Brasseur's truck in hopes the public can help find the 42-year-old man.

Brasseur was last seen April 16 in the Academy Drive area wearing shorts, a T-shirt and a ball cap at the time he was last seen.

He was driving a 2013 Ford F150 XTR with oversize tires and a lift kit, license plate number AA54777.
