THUNDER BAY -- A 46-year-old man will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Thunder Bay in October charged with impaired driving.
Ontario Provincial Police arrested him late Friday night after an SUV went out of control on Pike Lake Road in Gorham Township, ending up in the ditch,.
In a news release on Monday, OPP said no one was injured in the collision.
Officers took the driver to the Thunder Bay detachment for further tests after interviewing him on the scene and determining that he had been consuming alcohol prior to the accident.
