GREENSTONE, ON – Provincial police are looking for a suspect involved in a Sunday evening robbery in Nakina.
A disguised suspect entered the Northern Store located on Railway Avenue just before 5 p.m. wielding a weapon and demanding money from employees.
After an unsuccessful attempt, the suspect fled the scene.
OPP arrived shortly after the incident and was assisted by the Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service, but they were unsuccessful in finding the suspect.
The investigation is ongoing and police are asking anyone with information to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122, Greenstone Detachment at 807-854-1333, or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
