Police arrested two men after an attempted armed robbery at a convenience store Tuesday.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers say the attempted robbery took place at a south-side convenience store just after 1:30 a.m.
One man allegedly entered the store with a knife, while a second man waited outside to act as a lookout for police.
The clerk complied with the demands of the armed suspect, and both fled the scene.
No one was injured as a result of the robbery.
Police found both suspects near the scene shortly after the robbery.Two men, an 18- and a 22-year-old, are now in custody and will appear in court Wednesday to face charges of robbery.
