With the threat of heavy rain looming, Thunder Bay Blues Festival officials have bumped up headliner Paul Rodgers on Sunday's schedule.

The former Bad Company front-man will take to the stage at 6:30 p.m., after the Sheepdogs.

He'll be followed by Walter Trout, who filled in for Lukas Nelson, after Nelson was tagged by Neil Young to play a series of shows. Doyle Bramhall II will now close the festival, his set scheduled for 9:30 p.m.

The decision to move Rodgers was made to ensure the festival's closing headliner was able to play.
