Pedestrian suffers non-life threatening injuries in collision with pickup truck

THUNDER BAY – A pedestrian was taken to hospital with “non-life threatening” injuries after being struck by a vehicle Friday night. The collision occurred just after 10 p.m.

THUNDER BAY – A pedestrian was taken to hospital with “non-life threatening” injuries after being struck by a vehicle Friday night.

The collision occurred just after 10 p.m. at the intersection of Algoma and Dufferin Street, involving a pedestrian and a pickup truck.

The pedestrian was reportedly conscious when taken to hospital by ambulance.

Algoma Street was closed between Dufferin Street and Bay Street for a portion of Friday night following the collision.
