ATIKOKAN – Two men have been slapped with drug charges following a police investigation into an alleged marijuana grow operation.
OPP officers arrested the two 54-year-old men after they were said to be spotted tending to a marijuana crop in the area of Turtle River Road.
Police then searched the homes of the suspects and found illegal narcotics and prescription drugs.
The accused men are expected to appear in court on Sept. 17 in Fort Frances.
