Police in Dryden have found the three people who were reported missing Sunday, April 17.
Officials with the Dryden detachment of the OPP say the three missing people were located in a remote location about 44 kilometers north of Dryden. Police say the vehicle the trio was travelling in became stuck after they made a wrong turn.
The three were said to be healthy, but hungry after being found. No medical attention was required.
As a result of the incident, the OPP is reminding motorists to be prepared for any adverse conditions they may encounter when driving.
Police add that motorists should tell family and friends about the route they expect to take when travelling, and what their expected arrival time might be.
