THUNDER BAY – Police are investigating a sudden death after recovering a body from the Neebing River behind the Arthur Street Marketplace plaza.

Emergency services including police, fire, and EMS were dispatched to the area just after 3:30 p.m. Tuesday after a 9-1-1 caller reported seeing a body floating on the river.
