Police issue update on missing man

The Thunder Bay Police are continuing to try to locate Justin Duncan 23 years of age from Ottawa, Ontario.

There are concerns for the welfare of his health as he does have epilepsy.

Anyone who has any information about his whereabouts or may have seen Justin at any time since Monday night is asked to contact the police at 684-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or www.tipsubmit.com.

Thunder Bay Police Service released the following release, originally reporting Duncan as missing, Thursday evening: 

Thunder  Bay Police are seeking the public's assistance to locate a missing 23-year-old man.

Justin Duncan was last seen late on Monday night in the downtown area near the intersection of Memorial and 10th avenues.

Duncan is described as black, approximately 5-foot-5, weighing 130 pounds with black hair in an afro-style haircut.

Anybody with information on the missing man's whereabouts is asked to contact Thunder Bay Police at 684-1200.
