Police looking for two suspects after pair of robberies

Police are looking for two different men who allegedly robbed two separate Mac’s convenience stores just hours apart from each other.

Thunder Bay Police Service officers say the first robbery took place at the Mac’s store on Oliver Road and High Street around 5: 30 a.m.

A few hours later, another male suspect robbed the Mac’s on Balsam Street and River Street around 7 a.m.

Police describe the first man as about five-feet-10-inches tall with a slender build. The suspect wore a blue sweater or jacket over a colourful hoodie with a bright pattern on it.

Police describe the other male suspect as standing about five-feet-10-inches with a slim build wearing dark clothing including a dark hoodie with red lining.
