THUNDER BAY -- Police are asking witnesses to come forward after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle Monday night.
The collision happened near Cumberland Street and Villa Street around 8 p.m. Police say a forensic investigation of the vehicle is complete and some witnesses have been identified but they're encouraging others to come forward.
Anyone with direct knowledge who hasn't spoken with police is asked to call 684-1226.
The pedestrian remains in hospital.
