The Thunder Bay Police Service is looking for witnesses to a four-vehicle crash that took place around noon on Tuesday at the intersection of May and George Streets.
A vehicle was rear-ended, creating a chain reaction with two other vehicles.
But police believe a fourth vehicle may also have been involved in the crash. Officers now want to speak with the driver or any other witnesses.
Only minor injuries were reported in the incident.
