Police say they arrested and charged a man Wednesday following an investigation into a drug seizure.
Police officers with the area’s combined forces orgranized crime unit announced they had seized about 114 pounds of marijuana that was being stored and dried at a Nelson Street home last week.
Police officials say the estimated street value of the drugs seized is nearly $1 million.
A 27-year-old Thunder Bay man turned himself into police Wednesday.
He has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and breach of probation.
The suspect is now in custody.
