THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Police say they've completed a major investigation into a local cigarette and drug operation and will unveil more details on Wednesday afternoon.
Police, in a release issued on Tuesday, said they plan to display some of the seized contraband and will make Chief J.P. Levesque available for comment.
