THUNDER BAY - A police presence will be visible in Westfort this weekend as the search continues for Arthur "Sonny" Twardowsky.
The 78-year-old man was last seen in the 200 block of West Frederica Street on the morning of July 8.
Twardowsky is known to frequent locations in the Westfort area and is well-known by residents in the neighbourhood.
Police say it is unusual for him to have not been seen in the area for multiple days.
There is a concern for his well-being.
Twardowsky is described as a white male, about five-foot-six in height. He has thinning grey hair, a thin beard, and brown eyes.
He is usually seen wearing a collared golf shirt, dark blue jeans, and black shoes.
Police are asking Westfort residents to check in and around their properties, including outbuildings.
