THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay police responded to an incident in the city's north core Sunday morning, with an investigation apparently ongoing outside of a Cumberland Street hotel.
Police had blocked off a section of sidewalk along Red River Road just south of Cumberland, where discarded clothing and what appeared to be blood were visible on the pavement.
At least three police vehicles, including a forensics van, were stationed outside of the hotel late Sunday morning.
