THUNDER BAY — The Thunder Bay Police Service is asking for the public's assistance as it investigates a reported assault on the city's south side.
A female youth was allegedly assaulted by a man in the area of Miles Street and Harold Street on Friday afternoon about 2:30.
The victim was not seriously injured.
Police believe she was not targeted randomly.
They are asking anyone who intervened in the incident, or witnessed it, to come forward.
