Police still seeking missing Grant Tiboni

Thirty-three-year-old was last seen on Sept. 8, 2016 in the Shuniah area.

THUNDER BAY – Ontario Provincial Police are making a renewed call to find a missing 33-year-old man.

Grant Tiboni was last seen on Sept. 8 in the area of Silver Harbour Road in Shuniah.

He is described as 5-foot-11 and weighing about 170 pounds, with short brown hair and a brown goatee. Both of his arms are also heavily tattooed.

Search crews this past November combed an area off Lakeshore Drive, utilizing the assistance fo both the North West Region Emergency Response Team and a helicopter, but the results were negative.

Police are also looking for the missing man’s 1997 silver four-door Acura RL, bearing the Ontario licence plate No. BZVR535.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Tiboni or his vehicle is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), or a toll free number that has been set up at 1-844-677-5020.
