THUNDER BAY — Thunder Bay Police have provided a brief update on their investigation into the death of a man at the Andras Court apartment building last month.
He was found seriously injured outside the Cumberland Street housing complex on Feb. 24, and subsequently died in hospital.
Members of the TBPS major crimes unit and forensic identification unit became involved in the initial investigation, and police requested anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
In a statement Wednesday morning, police said they have assisted the coroner's office with the case, and that it is now being treated as a private matter between investigators and the person's family.
No other information will be released.
